Common questions
How much does a mobile notary cost?
You pay the notary fee per signature (set by Texas law) plus a travel fee based on distance and time of day. You’ll get the full price before we head out.
How fast can you get here?
Same-day appointments are often available. Text or call early in the day for the best chance at a same-day time.
Can you help me fill out my document?
No. Notaries can’t give legal advice or choose or complete forms for you. If you have questions about the content, talk to an attorney before your appointment.
What if the signer is in the hospital?
We visit hospitals and care facilities regularly. The signer must be alert, able to communicate, and have valid ID. Call us to talk through the situation.
What payment do you accept?
[Cash, card, Zelle, Venmo — edit to match what you accept.]
